Financial Support Associate II

Financial Support Associate II provides advanced administrative and operational support to Financial Planning Consultants while serving as a resource to associates. This role handles a broader range of client service responsibilities, supports process improvement initiatives, and demonstrates strong independence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–5 years of financial services or administrative experience preferred
• Multi-tasking and organizational coordination are a must
• Salesforce experience strongly needed
• Strong communication, customer service with escalation understanding and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiar with opening or processing financial Brokerage accounts is preferred
• FPQP designation is a plus
