Temporary Administrative Assistant

CF Industries is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our Administration Department in the Medicine Hat Complex. This temporary role will support administrative duties during our 2026 Maintenance Shutdown and assist other Administrative Assistants.

Requirements

• Post Secondary education in an accredited Office Technology program
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience with demonstrated knowledge of general office practices and procedures
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work, plan, and make decisions independently with minimal supervision
• An understanding of strict confidentiality requirements along with strong organizational and computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite)
