Bilingual Care Coordinator - Behavioral Health

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
• 5 years of experience can be substituted for a degree
• Collaborative and client-centered
• Organization is necessary to managing client information, appointments and follow-up items
