Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field
- Experience working with adults in an outpatient setting
- Interest in working with adults with mental illness and substance use issues
- Experience with clinical modalities: Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), other Cognitive Behavior Therapies (CBT)
- Collaborative and client centered orientation
- Manage a caseload of clients and their diverse needs
- Community outreach experience and interest
- Familiarity with insurance programs like Medicare and Medicaid
