Adult Care Coordinator /Case Manager - Behavioral Health Home

The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a compassionate and organized Adult Care Coordinator/Case Manager to join their Behavioral Health Home team. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult behavioral health work, enjoy problem-solving, and forming relationships with diverse groups of people.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with one year of relevant adult behavioral health work experience as an MHRT-1
• Associate's Degree in the field of mental health, psychology, or a related field (behavioral health or human services) or a combination of education and experience that qualifies the candidate to receive an MHRT-C certification
• MHRT-C certification or (level A or B with a strategy to receive full certification)
• One year of experience required, two preferred
