Job Description
The Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team provides mental health services to youth and families who are at risk of entering or returning to a higher level of care. The team works closely together to address mental health concerns of youth and the impact these concerns have on the family as a unit.
Requirements
- NYS Education Department license in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Two years' experience with children and families
- Two years' experience as a Supervisor is preferred
