Job Description
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing top technical talent across a range of roles and technologies, with strong staffing or agency recruiting experience.
Requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
- Partner with clients and/or hiring managers
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct technical and behavioral screenings
- Present qualified candidate shortlists
- Coordinate and manage interview processes
- Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and start dates
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines
- Meet or exceed recruiting KPIs
- Maintain accurate and compliant records
- Stay current on technology trends, labor market conditions, and competitive intelligence
