Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in full-cycle technical recruiting role
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Use of AI recruiting tools
• Experience hiring for various technology stacks and engineering roles
• Proficiency in traditional sourcing techniques and innovative research
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and/or Account Managers
• Understanding of immigration, relocation, compensation, and overall market trends
• Experience tracking key performance metrics
