We are seeking a hands-on, self-motivated IT Support Technician to take ownership of our internal technology needs. This role will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network systems across multiple locations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a small- to mid-sized business environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking
- Experience with mobile device setup (iOS/Android)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, email hosting, and cloud-based platforms
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-starter who can manage their own priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, especially with third-party IT providers
