Job Description
General Trades Technician will provide general maintenance to facilities and building maintenance. Performs general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment. Responds to service requests and performs routine preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 1-3 years experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment
- General knowledge of the following maintenance trades/skills: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
