Job Description
The General Trades Technician will provide general maintenance to facilities and building maintenance. Performs routine preventative maintenance, responds to service requests, and assists in emergency maintenance as required. Performs work in tight spaces and physical work, as well as lifting weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Trade Certification Preferred
- 1-3 years years experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment Preferred
