Job Description
General Trades Technician will provide general maintenance to facilities and building maintenance. Responsible for checking, troubleshooting, and making routine repairs in various areas such as electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other building maintenance areas.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Trade Certification Preferred
- 1-3 years experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment
- Ability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work occasional on-call shifts
