Job Description
CGL is seeking a General Trades Technician to perform maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in building repairs and maintenance, and a general knowledge of maintenance trades.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years' experience in building repairs and maintenance
- General knowledge of maintenance trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and/or general building maintenance)
- Valid driver's license required
- Trade Certification preferred
- Experience with CMMS and computer proficiency preferred
