Lead HVAC Technician

We are seeking a Lead HVAC Technician to manage the technical aspects of HVAC maintenance in our contract, ensuring facilities are well maintained and operable. The successful candidate will be a working supervisor who can assign and schedule work, answer questions, and serve as a quality control inspector.

Requirements

• Reviews job requests and work orders daily to determine workload priorities.
• Assigns work to staff and monitors progress towards completion.
• Performs corrective and preventive maintenance activities on systems to provide continuous performance of HVAC and other mechanical systems required for operations.
• Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
• Interacts professionally with vendors and staff; maintains effective working relationships and works in cooperation with the client management teams to effectively meet agency and CGL objectives.
