Lead HVAC Technician

Lead HVAC Technician is a working supervisor responsible for fulfilling the technical aspects of HVAC maintenance, managing the HVAC maintenance staff, and ensuring facilities are well maintained and operable.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4-6 years of related commercial building mechanical maintenance management experience
• HVAC and EPA certification
• Unrestricted HVAC license (preferred)
• OSHA 10/OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
• Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to read blueprints and as-built drawings
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
