Job Description
The Property Operations Manager is responsible for oversight of and resource management for the day-to-day activity of a specified program within the residential property portfolio. This position ensures that Private Property Management firms and/or Third-Party Owner entities operate in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with a minimum of two (2) years of applicable experience
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct research and prepare narrative reports and proposals
- Software proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property/Asset Management software
