Senior Contract Compliance Specialist

The Senior Contract Compliance Specialist is responsible for handling complex compliance audit tasks, providing training and technical assistance, and ensuring compliance with various regulations on CHA contracts. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in contract administration, construction site monitoring, and program auditing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, urban planning and policy, or related field
• 5 years of experience in contract administration, construction site monitoring, Business Enterprise utilization monitoring, program auditing, and progressive project management
• Demonstrated knowledge of Davis-Bacon Act and related laws, prevailing wage laws, HUD Section 3 requirements, M/W/DBE requirements, and general contracting procedures
