The Senior Contract Compliance Specialist is responsible for handling complex compliance audit tasks, providing training and technical assistance, and ensuring compliance with various regulations on CHA contracts. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in contract administration, construction site monitoring, and program auditing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, urban planning and policy, or related field
- 5 years of experience in contract administration, construction site monitoring, Business Enterprise utilization monitoring, program auditing, and progressive project management
- Demonstrated knowledge of Davis-Bacon Act and related laws, prevailing wage laws, HUD Section 3 requirements, M/W/DBE requirements, and general contracting procedures
