Job Description
The Compliance Specialist works to ensure that CHA adheres to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations that impact internal and external obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in affordable housing compliance, public housing
- Certification in affordable housing compliance (e.g., Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Public Housing Manager (PHM), or equivalent) is a plus
