We are seeking a motivated, data-driven, and outcome-oriented sales leader to manage and scale a team of Account Executives in a dynamic business environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in successfully selling a technical product (Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, OSS preferred)
- 1+ years of experience successfully managing high performing software sales teams
- Startup experience strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC framework
- Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team
- Enjoy coaching and motivating others, leading by example while demonstrating humility
