Job Description
Weâre looking for a Staff Technical Support Engineer whoâs equal parts problem-solver, translator, and customer hero. This role involves triaging, investigating, and managing complex customer issues involving Chainguard Images, communicating with customers, and documenting issues and solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of supporting enterprise customers
- 5+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Top-tier customer experience with excellent written and verbal communication
- Cross-functional harmony maker supporting teams across Engineering, Customer Success, and more
- Comfortable in the DevOps warzone: CI/CD, Linux, GitHub, Helm Charts, Terraform, Open source and all the good stuff
- Bachelorâs degree (STEM preferred) or equivalent battle scars from the real world
