Requirements
- 7+ years of ecommerce experience with direct ownership of trade performance, budgets, and commercial results
- Background in retail, ideally in a multi-branded or premium environment, with a strong understanding of the product, customer, and commercial dynamics that come with it
- Strong financial acumen β comfortable with P&L, forecasting, and margin management
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into clear commercial decisions and actions
- Commercially driven and action-oriented β equally comfortable at a strategic level and in the day-to-day detail
- Strong relationship-builder, able to earn trust quickly across functions and levels, and maintain effective collaboration in a fast-moving environment
- Confident influencer β able to drive alignment, challenge constructively, and move teams to action
- Comfortable operating at pace in a high-growth, multibrand environment
