Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ecommerce, retail, brand management, or a related commercial function.
- Proven track record of managing brand or wholesale partnerships at a senior level, ideally in a luxury or premium environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of trading, P&L, performance metrics, and financial drivers.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic, with the confidence to drive initiatives, influence stakeholders, and make commercial decisions independently.
- Equally comfortable in the detail at a strategic level — hands-on, execution-oriented, and able to flex between both.
- Strong communicator with a senior presence, able to build trust and influence across internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Genuine passion for luxury retail and the digital space.
- Comfortable operating at pace, managing competing priorities, and delivering results in a high-growth environment.
