Automation Technician

Automation Technician role at Challenge Manufacturing. Maintenance, repair, and upgrades of highly automated robotic and non-robotic equipment. Troubleshoot electrical, robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Requirements

• Read, interpret, and update electrical prints, wiring and ladder diagrams, schematics and other technical literature.
• Diagnose and repair faulty controls systems with a multi-meter, oscilloscope, or other electrical testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Modify, write, and troubleshoot robot programs.
