Die Setter Y Shift

Challenge Manufacturing is a leading tier 1 supplier of complex metal assemblies for the global automotive industry. We are looking for a Die Setter to join our team on the Y Shift, 6AM-6PM FRI-SUN at our Plant in Holland, MI. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and changing dies on small and large presses, ensuring quality parts are produced per Challenge Manufacturing Quality Standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to safely and effectively perform job duties
• Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
