Requirements

• Define and prioritize operational goals and objectives
• Manage projects to meet corporate goals and customer deadlines
• Complete and present annual performance appraisals for direct report employees
• Mentor operational and logistic team members
• Interface with customers on key issues
• Establish goals and drive improvement of key performance measures
