Job Description
We are seeking a Press Mechanic I: Non-Journeyperson to join our team at Challenge Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspection, installation and repair of machines used for production and within the tool room and maintenance machining areas. They will also build and re-build equipment for various manufacturing needs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of Machine Repair experience
- Minimum of 10 years of Machine Repair experience preferred
- Robotics training preferred
- Press specific training preferred
- Journeyman card or Machine Repair Journeyman Apprenticeship Completion or equal education/contact hours preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Able to prioritize tasks
- Valid forklift license issued by Challenge Manufacturing
- Valid Scissor Lift license issued by Challenge Manufacturing
