Job Description
Production Operator 3rd shift position located at Challenge Manufacturing's Holland, MI facility. The role involves setting up and operating resistance spot welders and/or power press to weld, trim, punch, shape, notch, draw, or crimp metal, composite, or plastic stock.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to safely and effectively perform job duties
- Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position
