Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Team Leader to facilitate work activities and ensure safety, quality, and productivity requirements are met. The successful candidate will oversee personnel, train team members, and lead shipping personnel as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or 6 months related experience and/or training
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards
- Ability to read and write and understand work instructions
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
- Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
- Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic
- Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel
- Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods
- Ability to operate PC and scan gun
- Has high standards of performance for self
- Takes responsibility for actions, results, and mistakes
- Is thorough, accurate, and reliable when performing and completing job tasks
- Maintains positive relationships by constructively resolving conflicts
- Uses feedback from others to continuously improve performance and work relationships
