Job Description
Transfer Press Operator position available on Y shift, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Friday-Sunday at Challenge Manufacturing Plant in Holland, MI. Responsible for setting up, running and monitoring transfer presses, ensuring quality stampings are produced per Challenge Manufacturing Quality Standards. Requires ability to adjust press speed, set press height, and read job element sheets.

- Ability to adjust press speed

- Ability to read and interpret job element sheets
- PC and keyboard/mouse skills
- Ability to frequently lift/move material weighing up to 40 pounds
