Job Description
The Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional/Residential Site Manager will oversee the management of housing programs, providing a home-based environment for individuals with disabilities, and promoting person-centered services to achieve independence and satisfaction. The role involves supervising staff, managing finances, and ensuring compliance with regulations and funding agency agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Rehabilitation, Recreation Therapy, Sociology, Nursing Degree, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- CPR, 1st Aid, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) and DSP training
- Illinois Food Service and Sanitation certificate
- Passing CPR, 1st Aid, CPI and medication administration training annually
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
