Job Description
Chamberlain Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the execution of business strategy and provide a positive work environment. The role is responsible for applying Human Resources principles, practices, and tools to support the execution of business strategy and provide a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, majority of which spent in Generalist role
- 1-3 years' experience in employee relations managing complex and sensitive cases
