Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner will apply HR principles, practices, and tools to support the execution of business strategy and provide a positive work environment. Key areas of impact include assisting HRBP's with day-to-day activities, administration of policies and procedures, general client customer service, HR administration, and process improvement support.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, majority of which spent in Generalist role
• 1-3 years' experience in employee relations managing complex and sensitive cases
• Master’s degree in HR related discipline waives other experience requirements
