Pastry Cook

Pastry Cook responsible for food preparation, storage, and service delivery, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and assisting senior staff with inventory tracking and special projects.

Requirements

• Receives ongoing training and technical direction from Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef
• Maintains alertness and awareness of pastry operations at all times
• Responsible for food preparation, storage, and service delivery
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Assists senior staff with inventory tracking and special projects
• Communicates with on-coming and out-going shifts
• Trains and educates new bakery team members as needed
• Maximizes efficiency in production and executes proper time management
• Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote company culture and values
• Contributes to creating a culture and work environment based on respect and learning opportunities
