We are looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Lead located in Midland, Texas. The Regional Sales Lead will join the RMSpumptools Team; responsible for driving sales within the Permian Basin region and providing technical support as required.
Requirements
- Set-up customer appointments to conduct sales presentations
- Manage assigned accounts and develop new accounts, projects, or other sales opportunities
- Create and maintain customer relationships
- Communicate with the Sales Team and the Production Team
- Provide product training at the field and corporate levels
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales in the region
- Develop a strategic sales plan
- Perform market assessments and competitor analyses
- Evaluate and implement sales techniques to increase regional sales volume
- Attend relevant product conventions and sales seminars
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers
- Develop and execute growth strategies
- Maintain accurate records of targets, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts, and correspondence
- Identify and convert project and new customer sales opportunities
- Report unsafe acts or conditions to supervision
- Provide feedback for continuous product improvement and new product development
- Engage with the customer and be the voice of the customer
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
