Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks an Education Program Director to lead its Special Education team and transform student outcomes. The ideal candidate will champion excellence in instruction, foster a culture of continuous academic growth, and inspire staff to deliver high-quality teaching practices.
Requirements
- Provide visionary leadership to drive student achievement
- Supervise staff and develop performance management plans
- Recruit and select faculty/staff with instructional skills
- Monitor facilities and programs for student and staff safety
- Perform managerial functions such as overseeing daily school operations and managing budgets
- Participate in accreditation and quality assurance processes
- Instruct, monitor, and evaluate staff and students
- Prepare and present reports on student achievement and development
- Maintain accurate records of student progress
