Instructional Aide 1:1

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks an Instructional Aide 1:1 to support students in a Special Education program at a Middle School. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior experience working with children, and a positive attitude. The role involves providing direct support, supervision, and guidance to students, implementing individualized education plans, and collaborating with classroom educators. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working with children, preferably in a special education setting
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification in crisis management training
• License as a paraprofessional, paraeducator, education assistant, or similar credential (preferred)
• Associate degree or higher in education or a closely related field (preferred)
