Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking an Instructional Aide 1:1 to support students in Grades K-12 with individualized instruction and behavioral interventions. The role involves working closely with classroom teachers to create a supportive learning environment and implementing IEPs tailored to each student's needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or higher in education or a related field preferred
- Paraprofessional or similar credential preferred
- Ability to obtain crisis management training certification
- Prior experience working with children, preferably in special education or behavioral health
