Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking an Instructional Aide 1:1 to join their Special Education team. The Instructional Aide will provide direct support to students in a high school setting, implementing individualized instruction and behavioral interventions to help students reach their full potential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or higher in education or a closely related field preferred
- Licensed paraprofessional or paraeducator credential preferred
- Ability to obtain certification in crisis management training
- Prior experience working with children, preferably in special education and/or behavioral health programs
