Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks an Instructional Aide to support Elementary School students in a Special Education Program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorders, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in education or a closely related field of study
- Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a paraprofessional, paraeducator, education assistant or similar credential
- Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management training
