Instructional Aide

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking an Instructional Aide to join their Special Education team in Bentonville, AR. The Instructional Aide will provide personalized support and guidance to students in Grades K-8, implementing individualized instruction and behavioral interventions. This is a full-time opportunity to make meaningful impacts and transform lives through education.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with passage of basic skills test.
• Associates degree or higher in education or a closely related field of study, or completed a minimum of 60-hour college credit.
• Successful completion of the Praxis Paraprofessional test.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management training.
• Prior experience working with children, preferably in an alternative, special education and/or behavioral health program setting.
• Highly skilled in working with children with severe learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, emotional behavioral disorders, and/or other related disabilities.
