The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in construction management, a technical diploma in a construction-related field, and strong budgeting and risk management skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working at a general contract (not developer)
- 2+ years in a direct Project Manager role working on on mid-to-large commercial projects
- Proven track record managing projects from design through completion
- Technical diploma in an appropriate construction-related field (CET), or equivalent construction experience
- Strong understanding of Construction Management processes and delivery models
- Strong budgeting skills (Class D, B, Tender levels) and tendering process knowledge
- Skilled in risk management, opportunity identification, and tender recap preparation
- Proficient with MS Project (scheduling), site logistics planning, and methodology development
- Strong forecasting and financial reporting abilities
- Valid driver’s license and ability to balance office and site work
