Project Manager

Chandos is an employee-owned company that seeks a Project Manager to guide mid-to-large commercial projects from initial concept to final close-out, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and sustainability. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in construction management, a technical diploma in a construction-related field, and strong budgeting and risk management skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working at a general contract (not developer)
• 2+ years in a direct Project Manager role working on on mid-to-large commercial projects
• Proven track record managing projects from design through completion
• Technical diploma in an appropriate construction-related field (CET), or equivalent construction experience
• Strong understanding of Construction Management processes and delivery models
• Strong budgeting skills (Class D, B, Tender levels) and tendering process knowledge
• Skilled in risk management, opportunity identification, and tender recap preparation
• Proficient with MS Project (scheduling), site logistics planning, and methodology development
• Strong forecasting and financial reporting abilities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to balance office and site work
