Job Description
Chandos is seeking a Project Manager to lead mid-to-large commercial and institutional projects from initial concept to final close-out. As a mentor and coach, the successful candidate will empower project managers and coordinators to raise their game, foster strong partnerships with clients and subcontractors, and drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working at a general contractor
- 3+ years in a direct Project Manager role working on mid-to-large commercial projects
- Proven track record managing projects from design through completion
- Technical diploma in a construction-related field (CET) or equivalent construction experience
- Demonstrated CM conversion experience (CCDC 5A/5B to CCDC 2)
- Valid driver's license and ability to balance office and site work
