Project Manager

Chandos is seeking a Project Manager to guide mid-to-large commercial projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing projects from design through completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working at a general contractor (not developer)
• 3+ years in a direct Project Manager role working on mid-to-large commercial projects
• Proven track record managing projects from design through completion
• At minimum, a technical diploma in an appropriate construction-related field (CET), or equivalent construction experience
• Demonstrated CM conversion experience (CCDC 5A/5B to CCDC 2)
• Strong understanding of Construction Management processes and delivery models
• Strong budgeting skills (Class D, B, Tender levels) and tendering process knowledge
• Skilled in risk management, opportunity identification, and tender recap preparation
• Proficient with MS Project (scheduling), site logistics planning, and methodology development
• Strong forecasting and financial reporting abilities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to balance office and site work
