High-End Manager responsible for growing and developing the High Jewellery business in Taichung. Must have expertise in gemology, savoir faire, and jewellery manufacturing. Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
Requirements
- Maintain Individual sound record on VHETI sales
- Grow & develop the High End business in Taichung
- Drive HJ sales teams and boutiques in the field towards new business initiatives and sales opportunities
- Develop a strong knowledge and awareness on High end business among FJA and FA
- Develop sales tools, and educational tools for the network
- Inspire excellent knowledge in gemology and savoir faire (gemologist preferred)
- Demonstrate knowledge of Jewellery manufacturing and be able to link with Chanel excellence in craftsmanship and creativity
- Collect and share knowledge of WFJ industry and competitors
- Motivate and support the HJ sales teams and boutique management teams
- Develop High End Sales Capability of our HJ sales associates
- Identify and develop new talents to become high end sales specialists/ experts
- Enhance and Supervise the Delivery of Ultimate Luxury Customer Experience
