HR Business Partner for Belgium and Luxembourg, responsible for implementing and promoting HR policies, acting as a trusted business partner to managers, and managing daily HR activities.
Requirements
- General higher education background in human resources or labour law
- 5-10 years' proven experience in generalist HR roles
- Strong knowledge of current legislation in Belgium, and ideally in Luxembourg
- Solid project management skills
- Comfortable with HR information systems
- Fluency in French, English, and Dutch
