HR Business Partner

This role focuses on supporting management and employees in achieving strategic objectives, improving HR processes, and fostering a positive work culture. The position requires a proactive and critical partner with strong communication skills and experience working in a dynamic environment. This is a permanent full-time contract position with a family-owned and growing business.

Requirements

• Bachelor of master in a relevant field (e.g. HRM, Psychology, Business Administration);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or as an HR BP
• Strong communication skills in French (oral and written), good command of a second language (Dutch or English)
