Job Description
TeamSport E-karting is looking for an HR Business Partner to build a strong HR policy that inspires employees and helps the business move forward. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar senior HR role or as an HR Business Partner, preferably in hospitality or an organization with multiple locations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar senior HR role or as an HR Business Partner, preferably in hospitality or an organization with multiple locations
- Proactive attitude and ability to create momentum
- Excellent communication and advisory skills, both in Dutch and English
- Analytical insight and ability to translate numbers into concrete improvement actions
- Flexible and entrepreneurial approach
