The IT Support Team Lead will be the strategic bridge who translates business needs into reliable IT solutions. They will plan and set the future tracks of our IT infrastructure and collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience within the area of IT
- At least 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Windows and MacOS environments, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Solid coordination, communication and crisis management skills
- Good understanding of common Security & Compliance practices
