Senior Sales Manager

Channel Factory is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead the local sales effort and drive revenue growth in the German market. The successful candidate will have a passion for video marketing, strong sales experience, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of digital sales experience in the DACH region
• Established relationships with major holding and independent media agencies
• Ability to execute a high number of pitches, meetings, and follow-up conversations
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in word processing programs like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, CRM platforms like Salesforce, and videoconferencing
