Recruiting Operations Manager

CHAOS Industries is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to own the infrastructure and logistics that power their hiring engine, leading a team of Recruiting Coordinators and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a closely related field
• 2+ years of people management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing coordinators or ops specialists
• Deep familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and recruiting tech stacks; hands-on experience with system administration and configuration
